Supporting the Children's Hospital
Downtown Kiwanis is proud to support the kids treated at HSHS St. John's Children's Hospital! Along with funding the K-Karts programs, Downtown Kiwanis has volunteered at the Little Miracles 5K, IHOP Pancake day and Radiothon.
Supporting Key Clubs
Downtown Kiwanis is proud to nurture tomorrow's leaders with Key Clubs! Kiwanis members serve as mentors to Key Club members at high schools across Central Illinois. Kiwanis Interactional is actively involved with Key Clubs groups across the world!
Lucky Horseshoes
Downtown Kiwanis is proud with partner with the Springfield Horseshoes! From helping with landscaping, Kiwanis night and Shoetoberfest, we're proud to support great baseball with the Springfield Horseshoes.
Salvation Army
Each holiday season Downtown Kiwanis supports the Salvation Army by ringing the bells! We're proud to help raise money for the Salvation Army in Central Illinois.
State Fair parking
Each year the Downtown Kiwanis helps park cars at the State Fair! It's a fun way for us to be involved in the community and raise funds for Downtown Kiwanis as well.
Local parks and stadiums
Over the years, Kiwanis has funded important community sites like Kiwanis stadium, Kiwanis park and the playground at Southwind Park.
